Research interests

My research interests revolve around bioinformatics and computational biology in general. My research focuses on analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data, especially whole genome sequencing (WGS) data applied in animal sciance and whole transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) data applied in oncology. Current research focuses on impact of changes in cattle’s microbiome on the heat stress response using 16S rRNA (Microbiome-seq). My doctoral research is focused on integration of multi-omics data using machine learning approach.
