Research interests
My research interests are focused on bioinformatics and the use of statistical methods to biological data, with a strong emphasis on statistical models. Currently, my research focuses revolve around application of linear and mixed models to animal breeding (mostly cattle). In my work, I am using R and Python programming languages, thus I am interested in their application in the modelling of biological data.
Member of the European Federation of Animal Science (EAAP).
